During the meeting, the new menu will be officially presented, a gastronomic proposal that continues to explore ancestral ingredients and the culinary identity of Mexico.

The new Tasting Room will also be unveiled, a space dedicated to exploring mezcal from a more intimate and specialized perspective.

The Mezcal Xunca brand will be part of the experience with a special activation. A showroom will be set up within the Tasting Room where guests can discover the profile and history of this mezcal.
